Team: Product Department

Job Role: Product Co-ordinator Caribbean/ USA/Worldwide

We are looking to appoint a keen and conscientious individual to join our product department. This position will support the Product Manager in all aspects of their role including liaising with management and external travel partners.

Minimum requirements:

The successful candidate will have worked within the travel industry and have excellent administration skills including a good knowledge of Excel. A key aspect of this position is a supporting role in brochure production. Experience of Tour Operations would be a distinct
advantage. Applicants should be self-motivated, methodical and work well under pressure.

Team: Marketing

Job Role: Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our busy marketing department. The role will involve co-ordinating several aspects of the organisation's consumer marketing activity including advertising, direct mail campaigns, distribution, campaign evaluation and joint marketing. Close liaison with our in-house studio, external agencies and hotels, tourist boards and airlines will be required.

Minimum requirements:

  • Of graduate calibre, preferably with marketing degree or post-graduate qualification
  • Previous consumer / leisure marketing experience, preferably within a small, fast-paced team
  • Demonstrable experience of producing marketing collateral including direct mail and advertising
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to negotiate successfully with suppliers or commercial partners

Team: Reservations

Job Role: Sales Consultants for our Indian Ocean, Arabia, Indian Subcontinent, Far East & Australasia Reservations Team.

Our sales consultant roles require enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of short and long-haul destinations and a passion to sell. An excellent sales technique and a good telephone manner are essential, as is the desire to sell the right holiday to the right client. Galileo experience would be a distinct advantage.

The successful applicants will be required to travel to many of our featured destinations in order to gain first-hand knowledge. Candidates will be good team players, have the ability to work independently and work well under pressure.

A driving licence is essential.
