Each of our seven product areas is staffed by a dedicated reservations team and features a hand-picked collection of luxury hotels, safari lodges, ski chalets, spa retreats and family resorts. We have highly experienced consultants, renowned for their wealth of knowledge derived from extensive travel and ongoing training. Our standards of personal, bespoke service have been recognised with several awards and last year Carrier was named 'Best Newcomer Tour Operator' by AITO Specialist Travel Agents and 'Luxury Tour Operator of the Year' by Advantage Travel Centres.

Reservations Manager /Amanda Bailey

Amanda joined the team in 2003 when Carrier first launched the Europe & North Africa programme. She has since visited 95% of the properties we feature in both our Europe and Ski brochures, most recently visiting Bodrum, the Amalfi Coast and experiencing Afloat in France by Orient-Express. As a keen skier, Amanda's winter breaks are usually spent in the French Alps.
