All white and all luxury, these rooms & suites are located just a stone’s throw from Canaves Oia Suites. Sharing the same breathtaking caldera views as their sister property, they have been created from caves once used as dwellings and for the fermentation of wine. Creatively designed and minimalist in style, the suites enjoy outstanding amenities from contemporary in-room entertainments including satellite TV, DVD blue ray and iPod dock to a spacious private terrace – some also having a plunge pool. The restaurant, run by executive chef Andreas Evangelatos, specialises in fusing flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean, the authentic Santorinian dishes being a particular highlight. Recreational options abound, from drinking in the view from the infinity edge swimming pool with its swim-up bar and new Infinity restaurant to cruising the caldera and local islands on board the exclusive Alexandros motor yacht. There is also an opportunity to explore the numerous shops, bars, tavernas, galleries and beaches of Oia, just a short drive away. Children aged 13 years and above are welcome.
