French inspiration is evident in the classic cuisine of the Belle Epoque restaurant, or for more casual international and Asian fare try the open air sidewalk café. Hidden away in the tropical gardens are a swimming pool and poolside bar.
Laos is best visited from November to February when there is least rainfall and temperatures are comfortable. However the hot season from March to May and the early rainy season from June to July is also a good time to visit northern Laos.
