Review / Review of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles

Merridith Lewis-George

Carrier's Merridith shares her top five highlights from her recent visit to Four Seasons Resort Seychelles.

Sense of / Seclusion

The Four Seasons Resort in the Seychelles is nestled within 170-acres of land expanding backwards from the horseshoe-shaped bay of Petite Anse. Although none of the beaches in the Seychelles are private, the secluded location of the bay here gives guests that exclusive feel.

Engaging / Little Minds

Renowned for being one of the best resorts in the Seychelles for families, Four Seasons knows how to cater for children of all ages. The Kids for all Seasons Club has a small children’s pool and offers both indoor and outdoor activities, while families can explore and learn together with numerous activities available, including Coral reef restoration, Marine education with WiseOceans, and a surf school for all ages.

Endless / Possibilities

The hotel is so unique in terms of the facilities on offer – guests really don’t need to leave the resort due to the fact that Four Seasons has made sure there is something available for everyone. The dining options are extensive, with even the menus at the main restaurant offering a seemingly endless choice and variety of foods.

Take your pick / Action or relaxation

The spa is set right at the top of the resort so it has the best views over the resort and also the bay, and the spa therapists truly tailor make any treatments you desire to your body specifically. For those who like a little more action, a brand new casino opened in 2017, and every Saturday a live DJ can be found down on the beach.

Go exploring / Maria's Rock Restaurant

Should you decide you want to explore beyond the boundaries of the resort, a short 25 minute walk will take you to some local art galleries and the novelty local restaurant called Maria's Rock Restaurant; it’s here you can have an enjoyable evening cooking your own fresh seafood on hot rocks.
