A quintessential landmark dating back to 1962, The Edgewater remains as Seattle’s only waterfront hotel. Haunt of rock royalty it has hosted a pantheon of stars from The Beatles and Rolling Stones to Frank Zappa and Blondie, and continues to garner accolades from the elite travel press. Set on the waters of the Puget Sound against a backdrop of the Olympic Mountains the hotel blends sleek aluminium exteriors with natural wood interiors graced by river-rock fireplaces. Elegant guest rooms feature large windows let in the views; plush comforters, Supima linens and down blankets add to the cosy ambience whilst the contemporary Beatles Suite caters to rock n’ roll aficionados with a fascinating photography gallery, memorabilia, Beatles history and music. In the award-winning Six Seven restaurant, dine indoors or alfresco on seasonally inspired organic cuisine served amid inspiring vistas; the Edgewater’s bars are regularly ranked amongst the best in the country. Board a catamaran to explore sparkling Elliott Bay, soar the heights on the tallest Ferris Wheel on the West Coast at Pier 57. Pike Place Market, the original famer's market from 1907 and the iconic Space Needle are a short walk away.
