Fly to Kittilä Airport via Helsinki, on arrival transfer to Levin Iglut for a 3 night stay in an Igloo Suite.

Winter wonderland wanders
An evening soaking beneath the starry sky (and maybe even the Aurora) in a private jacuzzi ensures a restful night’s sleep, ready for some snowy shenanigans. Exploring the fell that Levin Igluts sits on and its surrounding area on snowmobile gives a whistlestop tour of the landscape, before meeting up with your guide who introduces the fine art of snowshoeing. Revered for its stress relieving magic, snowshoeing opens up access to places that normally wouldn’t be reachable just on foot; meaning wildlife sightings are certainly on the cards as you crunch through the still scenery.
Day /3
Dog sledding through the snow
Clouds of frosty breath and howls echoing through the air greet you as you join the chiefs of your morning transportation – huskies. Eager to set off, they’re ready for a quick hello while their handlers show you the ropes of driving a sled before heading out into the wilderness. Trees zip past to the sound of pounding paws on the way to a Lappish ‘kota’ where hot drinks are waiting around a campfire. The afternoon is then spent in the company of your guide, exploring the back-country on skis before thawing out over a seasonal three-course meal in Utsu restaurant.

Return home
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
