Newcomers to our portfolio

Balearics' most exclusive address / Son Bunyola, Mallorca

Part of Sir Richard’s Branson’s Virgin Limited Edition collection, the highly anticipated opening of Son Bunyola Hotel on Mallorca’s northwest coast is sure to be the talk of the summer.

Conservation and sustainability is at the very heart of this stunning 1,300 acre private estate filled with olive groves, citrus trees and vineyards. Joining the existing trio of ultra-luxury villas, is the 16th century Finca;meticulously restored to honour the heritage of this historic manor house are 26 individually designed guest rooms including two striking Tower Suites, one of which was  previously a 13th century defence tower.

A former olive press adds a touch of history and charm to one of its two restaurants, while the infinity pool offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and Mallorca’s famous Foradada.

In pursuit of la dolce vita / Passalacqua, Lake Como, Italy

Rolling out a red carpet of Italian interior design that’s befitting of nobility and a welcoming atmosphere that feels just as warm as a family fireside. There’s no denying that a stay at this 24 room-hotel is like retreating to your own Lake Como palace.

Family crests lining the ceiling, silk-tiered lampshades by Barbini and hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers; few casas can compete for being such a window into the soul of Italian artistry.

Carefully curated by the design visionary Valentina de Santis (whose sister property includes Grand Hotel Tremezzo). Each feature in the former summer haunt of Count Passalacqua and its illustrious guests, from Napoleon to Bellini, has been hand-picked and finessed to such fine detail, even the sewing kits are worth gushing over.

Luxury meets sustainability / 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Kaua'i, Hawaii

Better known as Hawaii’s ‘Garden Island’, with its verdant valleys and tropical rainforests, Kaua’i and 1 Hotel just go better together.

Living up to the eco-loving side of its brand, this outpost lives and breathes all things nature. Locally grown medicinal plants, cryotherapy chambers, and a sensory deprivation tank being the healing antidote at the enviable world-class spa; buzzy-brains get in favour of mindful resets that have played a role here for centuries.

While energies erupt for whale-watching, canoe paddling, and stargazing workshops that make even the oldest traditions seriously cool.

Chic & cosy / The Island Concept, Crete

Santorini has long wrapped rings around lovers’ hearts; but with this 15-room Cycladic inspired jewel capturing all its romantic radiance perched on an intimate alcove-bay overlooking the Aegean Sea; it’s bound to get even the loyalist fans turning their heads.

It’s fresh, stylish and gloriously Greek; accessorised, of course, with traditional line-painted vases, swinging chairs, and abstract fabrics that each create imaginative stories. As the stars come up, so too does the twinkling pool light and the chance to take a wander down stone-lined steps to a moon-lit sea view.

There’s twice as many helping hands as guests here, so you can focus on the seamless bonding with the loved ones you came with. Flourishing in everything from the 24-hour room service to its exclusive and secluded spaces.

Retreat from the masses / Marbella Elix Hotel, Parga, Greece

With a choice of either arriving by a winding hedge-lined road punctured with sea views or a boat ride across the Ionian from Corfu, the journey here may hint at the adventurous side of MarBella Elix, but what stands out the most is the secluded locale.

Cemented in a take-a-load-off way of life, the eight hillside-sloping floors are very much the place to retreat from the masses and partake in the slower side.

Despite her easy-breezy exterior, Elix also has a penchant for escapades. Hiring a car is encouraged to explore the likes of Parga with its Venetian castle and boutiques for a bit of hustle and bustle, while lunching on Sivota’s harbourside or in one of nearby Perdika’s tavernas revels in a bit of local spirit.
