in Tanzania

The attraction of Tanzania lies in its sights but kindle the other senses with the likes of fine local fare and dinner under the stars and a lifelong love affair is ignited.

The gateway to all this is opened when landing in Arusha, known for its coffee plantations that tempt a tour. Four wild and wonderful safari locations – Chem Chem Concession, Ngorongoro Crater, Northern Serengeti and Mwiba Wildlife Reserve – then set the heart aflutter with game drives and time befriending local tribes.

But between these encounters, when it’s time to recharge, dinner dates in unique dining spots highlight the best of Tanzanian cuisine – guaranteed to occupy the daydreams of any foodie.
