The skiing

Renowned as one of the best ski resorts in Europe, Courchevel’s skiing is incomparable. The jewel in the world’s largest interlinked ski network sets proficient skiers free to head for a different area every day and there’s over 600km of snow-laden slopes to choose from across Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens and St Martin de Belleville. Beginners and cruising intermediates are extremely well catered for with a vast choice of gentle greens, well-groomed long blue runs, dedicated nursery slopes and good ski schools. Expert skiers will find endless challenges from mogul fields, off-piste and couloirs to over 30 dedicated black runs, and for mixed ability groups, the seamless lift system makes easy work of meeting up for lunch.
