Important information about travelling to the United Arab Emirates
In light of the evolving disruption in the Middle East, our teams at Carrier have moved quickly and are supporting every client and agent partner affected.
The UK Foreign Office has advised against all but essential travel to the UAE and airports across the region are operating a limited service.
Our absolute priority is the safety and wellbeing of clients currently in the UAE and securing their safe return home. All impacted clients have been contacted and accounted for. We remain in regular contact with clients, agents and suppliers and have a dedicated team actively working to secure their return home as soon as it becomes possible.
All clients either travelling to the UAE or transiting the region up to 31 March 2026 have also been contacted individually with alternative arrangements.
Our operations team is now proactively contacting clients and agents with bookings departing between 01 April to 31 May 2026 to discuss their options – we will be prioritising these in order of departure date.
Even in fast-moving and worrying situations like this, our message remains the same: you won't be left to navigate the uncertainty alone and we’re actively managing this for you. Our lines are open and our team are here should you need us.

A city of pioneering development, it hasn’t taken long for Dubai to be able to place a metaphorical statuette claiming city-in-its-own-right status on the mantel. The first impression here shows ambition and unabashed indulgence; requiring a dive-right-in approach to the glossy designer shops, Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants and beach clubs of the iconic Palm Jumairah that are always one step ahead of the trends.
The city’s aim is simply to be a cut above the rest and, trust us, if somewhere in the world has ‘the best’, Dubai probably has it better.

Dubai is always dreaming up new ways to wow, you could visit six months apart and the landscape would be completely different. It’s a playground of innovation and wonder that endeavours to have the first or biggest of everything. The helicopter flew us in from the airport this morning and we’ve been taking it easy by the pool ever since. This is why we will always come back here, it’s our place to unapologetically unwind. And in about an hour, we’ve got a table for a beach club brunch reserved.
