- Once you have committed, we do not apply fuel surcharges or additional flight costs

- The price agreed at booking remains unchanged unless you choose to amend your arrangements.

- If plans need to change before departure, Carrier does not charge amendment fees.*

- Should circumstances change while you are travelling, we remain on hand to adjust arrangements in resort; whether that means responding to the unexpected or supporting a decision to stay a little longer if the experience calls for it.

*Any unavoidable supplier costs are passed on transparently. Carrier will never charge its own amendment fees.

Refund Assurance

- If your flight is cancelled, our experienced team will step in immediately – working to secure suitable alternatives so your time away can still go ahead wherever possible. If travel cannot proceed, we will manage the cancellation and ensure your refund is handled promptly and properly.

- If something changes, you deal with Carrier – not multiple airlines, hotels and suppliers. We take care of everything on your behalf.

- Every journey is personally overseen by experienced travel professionals – before you travel and while you are away. You are looked after by real people who know your plans and take responsibility for them end to end.

- There are no call centres, chat bots or scripted responses. If something needs attention, you speak directly with someone empowered to act, make decisions and resolve situations properly.

- We monitor arrangements continuously and intervene early, applying human judgement to minimise disruption – rather than waiting for issues to escalate or systems to fail.

You will never be directed to an outsourced call centre or an automated response. If something changes, including outside standard hours, you will speak directly with someone who understands your itinerary and can take immediate action.
